Ctrl Command load_list
Function opens the list buffer for writing with list commands and sets the input pointer to the
specified (relative) position within the desired list ("List 1" or "List 2"), but only if the list
is not currently being processed (BUSY status not set) or has already been processed (USED
status set). In case of success, the next list command will be stored at this address and all
further commands at subsequent addresses in the selected list.
