Function
marks the current serial number of the serial-number-set most recently selected via
select_serial_set_list
format at the current position. In the called indexed text strings or characters (see below),
any absolute vector and arc commands will receive an offset (based on the current coor-
dinates at the time of the call). Afterward the serial number is (optionally) automatically
incremented.

indexed text strings (or characters) is via
