Relative master position, relative slave position
The processing starts as soon as the CAM profile is

activated. The 1
point of the CAM profile is moved to the
current position and guide value. The behavior when
switching to non-cyclic CAM profiles is the same as shown
in section Relative master position, absolute slave position in
chapter 2.4.5.4 Basic CAM. Option slave absolute or slave
relative has no influence in these cases and is therefore not
mentioned again in this chapter.
