DIAGNOSTICS CHART WITH DIAGNOSIS CONNECTOR

23 CHECK GROUND SHORT OF SOLENOID
VALVE.
Measure resistance between VDCH/U con-
nector and chassis ground.
Connector & terminal
(VDC2) No. 2 — Chassis ground:
24 CHECK BATTERY SHORT OF SOLENOID
VALVE.
Measure voltage between VDCH/U connector
and chassis ground.
Connector & terminal
(VDC2) No. 2 (+) — Chassis ground
(−):
25 CHECK BATTERY SHORT OF SOLENOID
VALVE.
1) Turn ignition switch to ON.
2) Measure voltage between VDCH/U con-
nector and chassis ground.
Connector & terminal
(VDC2) No. 2 (+) — Chassis ground
(−):
26 CHECK BATTERY SHORT OF HARNESS.
1) Turn ignition switch to OFF.
2) Disconnect connector from VDCCM.
3) Measure voltage between VDCCM connec-
tor and chassis ground.

27 CHECK BATTERY SHORT OF HARNESS.
1) Turn ignition switch to ON.
2) Measure voltage between VDCCM connec-
tor and chassis ground.
