Port number can be:
1 – 52 for the C2H124‐48, C2H124‐48, C2H124‐48P
1 – 48 for the C2G124‐48 and C2G124‐48P
1 – 24 for the C2G124‐24 and C2G124‐24P
1 – 26 for the C2K122‐24
The highest valid port number is dependent on the number of ports in the device and the port
type.
Port Slot/Unit Parameters Used in the CLI
The "unit" parameter is often used interchangeably with "module" in the SecureStack CLI to
indicate a module slot location.
Examples
This example shows the port‐string syntax for specifying the 1‐Gigabit Ethernet port 14 in slot unit

Reviewing Port Status

Purpose

To display operating status, duplex mode, speed, port type, and statistical information about
traffic received and transmitted through one or all switch ports on the device.

Commands

The commands used to review port status are listed below.

show port status
show port counters
show port
Use this command to display whether or not one or more ports are enabled for switching.
Note: You can use a wildcard (*) to indicate all of an item. For example, ge.3.* would represent all
1-Gigabit Ethernet (ge) ports in slot 3.
