Measurement mode (Digital Analyzer)

Standard
Standard mode is the default mode for the digital analyzer.
Process delay
The process delay measurement calculates the time difference between the output and
input frames. A digital audio signal will have delay when the signal is transmitted through a
DUT. The process delay measurement calculates the time difference between the first
output frame signal and the first input frame signal. Due to the nature of measurements
involving frame-to-frame delay, this measurement is only meant for the AES3 signal which
has a unique frame pattern. Process delay mode allows you to view the process delay in
seconds.
When the digital analyzer analysis mode is set to Process Delay, you are not allowed to
NOTE
perform any other types of measurements.
