the action panel button or from the Steps menu.
The kinetic loop can be used with photometric, fluorometric, and TRF
measurements. It is also possible to add a dispense step to the kinetic loop
before any of the allowed measurement steps. In this case a well is first
dispensed and then measured immediately before dispensing and measuring
the next well.

The Incubate step is used to control the temperature of the incubator (if
present) of the instrument.
Select Steps > Incubate or click the
Incubation can be carried out with 24 to 1536-well plates.
The incubation step includes the following parameters:
• Incubation time - The duration of the incubation (hh:mm:ss).
