Adding new protocol steps

Use an execution order that is best aligned to the defined measurement
area(s).

Once a session has been created (see Creating a new session" on page 61)
or opened (see Opening an existing session" on page 59), new steps can
be added to the protocol while it has not been run. Once the session has
been run, if you need to edit it further, you have to first save it with a new
name.
Select Protocol from the Session action panel.
Add steps to the Steps tree in the order in which you want them to be
executed. To add a step, go to the Steps menu and select the type of step
you wish to add, click the desired step button on the action panel (see Steps
action panel" on page 264) or right-click in the Steps tree and select the step
from the menu.
