The top line message directs you to consult the Monitor: ACM menu for the Remote and Local
SNR values that is available in place of Remote Eb/No data.
The bottom line shows how much the AUPC system has increased the output power. If AUPC is
not enabled, then the value of Tx Power Increase displays as 0.0.

When enabled and locked, the screen displays the CnC performance data. This read-only
display updates once every second.
When CnC-APC is active, the PwrRatio and PSDR fields will display as 'AUTO'.
