Query only.
Returns the value of CnC-APC FER in the form xEc, where:
x=Value
Ec=Exponent
EXAMPLE: <0/AFE? >0/AFE=8E2 (indicates CnC-APC FER @ 8 x 10
NOTE: Returns 9999 if modem is not in CnC-APC mode or there is an APC frame sync error.

This command takes no arguments. Forces restart of the CnC-APC FER measurement.

0=no action
1=Activate APC
2=Suspend APC
