Enabled (Dis/Ena)
Use the ▲▼ arrow keys to set 2048-byte Ethernet packet sizes as Enabled or Disabled. Press
ENTER.
6.2.1.13.4 CONFIG: IP  ANT (Advanced Network Timing)
IP Protocols:
Use the ◄ ►arrow keys to select SNTP or Precision Time Protocol (PTP). Press ENTER.
6.2.1.13.4.1 CONFIG: IP  ANT  SNTP
SNTP: Disabled
Servers: Primary Backup
Use SNTP to synchronize computer clocks throughout a computer network when the ultimate
performance of the full NTP implementation (as per RFC-1305 (Requests for Comment No. 1305:
Network Time Protocol, Version 3, Specification, Implementation and Analysis)) is not needed or
justified.
Use the ◄ ►arrow keys to navigate between the top line or bottom line operands as needed.
On the top line, use the ◄ ►arrow keys to select SNTP or Time Zone:
For SNTP – Use the ▲▼ arrow keys to select SNTP as Enabled or Disabled.
When Enabled, SNTP contacts the time server to update the Real-Time Clock (RTC)
every hour.
When Disabled, no such notifications take place.
