PLC configuration
11.1.1
Configuration of PROFIBUS master and slaves
Before an application has access to the connected PROFIBUS network, it must be
configured in CODESYS:
1.
To add the PROFIBUS Master to the PLC configuration, right-click "PBM
unused[Slot]" and select "Replace element > PROFIBUS DP-V1 Master".

To select one (or more) PROFIBUS slaves, right click on the PROFIBUS
Master ("PROFIBUS DP-V1 master[SLOT]")) and select "Append
Subelement".
In the following example the 750-343 PROFIBUS coupler (FW:08) was
selected as slave. Note that the firmware version of the slave must match the
selected GSD file.
