This section describes the EXTENDEDINFO[0-22] array for PROFIBUS
standard diagnostics.

Only the first 100 bytes of the array can be read out of this module.
The first 8 bytes in the EXTENDEDINFO are the header. This means that only 92
bytes of diagnostic information can be read out of the DP slave.
