Enable/disable the standard Windows close function in the upper right cor-
ner.

If the control threads are distributed on several different PCs, and the
D950system.exe is running on each of them, the processes communicate
via WINDOWS sockets and Fast Ethernet. If all control threads run on the
same PC in one D950system.exe, there is no need to communicate over a
network. A thread-to-thread communication via standard thread messages
is used instead of sockets. However the API will remain the same for using
sockets or standard thread messages.
