Removing a Console or Auxiliary Cable

To remove a cable from the console or auxiliary port:
Attach an electrostatic discharge (ESD) grounding strap to your bare wrist, and connect

the strap to one of the ESD points on the chassis.
Turn off the power to the console or auxiliary device.

Pull the cable connector straight out of the port.
3.
Disconnect the cable from the console or auxiliary device.

Installing a Console or Auxiliary Cable

To connect to a management console or auxiliary device:
Attach an electrostatic discharge (ESD) grounding strap to your bare wrist, and connect
