State Description
On steadily TXP-CIP is in active mode and actively passing traffic
to a T1600 router.
Off TXP-CIP is not actively passing traffic to a T1600
router.
On steadily TXP-CIP is functioning normally.
Off TXP-CIP is offline, or is not seated properly, or is not
receiving power from the power supply.
On steadily TXP-CIP has failed.
Off No faults have been detected for the TXP-CIP.
