In this example, the TXP-F13 SIB resides in an active switching plane. You can take
switching plane 2 offline by taking a corresponding TXP-F2 SIB in the same plane
offline. If the replacement or maintenance procedure is to be performed on a
component in a switching plane that is in the spare state, it is not necessary to take
the switching plane offline.
Take the switching plane offline by issuing the
