Blinking TXP-F2S SIB is starting up.
Off TXP-F2S SIB is offline or not seated properly.
On steadily TXP-F2S SIB is in active mode and actively passing
traffic.
Off TXP-F2S SIB is offline or not actively passing traffic.
On steadily TXP-F2S SIB has failed.
Off No faults have been detected for the TXP-F2S SIB.
