UNITS AFFECTED:
All G060/G570 printers manufactured after the serial numbers listed below will have the new style Transfer
Unit installed during production.
INTERCHANGEABILITY CHART:
OLD and NEW parts can be used in both OLD and

NEW parts can be used in OLD and NEW machines.

Must be installed as a set on units manufactured prior to the S/N cut-in. On units manufactured after the S/N cut-in or

previously modified, use the new part numbers individually.
Transfer Unit– The Left Stay Sheets have been added to ensure a
proper gap between the Left Stay and Transfer Belt, as toner
accumulated on the stay from toner scattering can be transferred to the
transfer belt and cause an ID sensor misdetection. The Transfer Unit
has also been changed to ensure the Backup Roller and Bushing stay
properly fixed in position despite drop shock during shipping.
Note: The four sheets are attached to the Left Stay, just to the left and
right of both ID sensors (see illustration below).
