Configure the link delay used to pause specified priority traffic.

pfc link-delay value
To remove the link delay, use the no pfc link-delay command.

dcb-input — creates a DCB PFC input policy.
dcb-policy input — applies the output policy.
dcb-output — creates a DCBETS output policy.
dcb-policy output — applies the output policy.
The range is (in quanta) from 712 to 65535. One quantum is
equal to a 512-bit transmission.
