ENGINE OVERHAUL

REASSEMBLE CYLINDER BLOCK ASSEMBLY
INSTALL OR CONNECT
• The intermediate shaft key and the toothed
sprocket, larger offset (d) facing outwards away
from the cylinder block.
• Torque tighten the bolt to 5.0 daNm (37 Ib.lft.)
using Strap Tool Mot. 855 and a torque wrench.

• Install oil pump angle shaft. Lubricate before
installing.
• Check that the intermediate shafVoil pump
assemblyrevolves freely.
