REBUILD
DISASSEMBLY
• Unlock the nut (5) and remove it with tool B.Vi.
903 .
• Using Tools B.Vi. 28-01 and B.Vi. 48, extract the
pinion bearing (4).
REMOVE:
• The speedometer drive pinion (64) and its shaft
(65).
• Spread the lugs (C) that secure the pinion to the
shaft.
• Remove the shaft.
• The pinion must be replaced with a new one each
time it is removed.
