TRANSMISSION REBUILD
REASSEMBLY
REASSEMBLY
STEP 1
A - Outer pinion according to mark made on
dismantling.
Check that it turns freely in the housing.
B - Lubricate the seals
C - Center using tool B.Vi. 952 and progressively
torque tighten the bolts:
Tighten 7 mm dia. bolts to 1.5 daNm (11 Ib./ft.)
6 mm dia. bolts to 0.6 daNm (4.5 Ib./ft.)
Lubricate
