Setting Mark Distance

Mark distance is set so it will not perform detection of the location where the registration marks are not present.
This allows to scan the registration marks faster, and also prevents malfunction by the dirty media.
You can write a comment (TYPE1), or write the cut data (TYPE2) in the area that the registration mark is not
detected.
Reference
X sets the distance between registration marks in the direction the media moves, and Y the distance between registration marks in
the direction the tool carriage moves. (Refer to the chart below)

Detection is started from the position of the registration mark size before the specified distance.
Skipping of the distance between the registration mark will not be performed until next registration mark is found when the mark
distance is set to 0 mm.
Value of Y is ignored if it is 2POINTS.
Enter value smaller than the length of the media for the MARK DISTANCE X. The media gets dropped if it is larger.
Operation

Press the [PAUSE/MENU] key.
MENU screen is displayed.

Press the [2] key (ARMS).
ARMS SETTING screen (1/4) is displayed.

Press the [4] key (MARK DISTANCE).
MARK DISTANCE setting screen is displayed.
