New procedure to replace the main board of CE6000
The CE6000 series has a Sub-NVRAM on the cam sensor board.
This Sub-NVRAM is backing up all settings values for the main board.
Therefore all setting values are able to copy from the Sub-NVRAM to the main board without inputting
adjustment values from the factory adjustment label when the main board is replacing.
This function will help you when you are going to replace the main board of CE6000 series.
Note: This function is supported from the firmware version 1.30.
How to copy the adjustment values from the Sub NVRAM to the main board
(1) Turn off the power for the CE6000 if the power was on.
(2) Replace the main board.
(3) Perform the NV-RAM clear with corresponding model of dip-switch settings.
Set the dip-switch settings with corresponding model to the NV-RAM clear mode.
