3. Dial 80 to choose the hunt group.
4. Dial the number of the other outside party and press Dial, Send or #.
5. When the call is answered, press Transfer to establish the 3-way call.

About programmable keys

The TS-9133i has seven programmable function keys, and the TS-480i has 14 programmable
softkeys. The keys allow you to access TalkSwitch features, and to monitor and engage lines,
extensions, and queued calls (i.e. line appearance).

TS-9133i function keys

The following function keys can be programmed on the TalkSwitch TS-9133i.
None — The key is not programmed.
Line Appearance — Shows the status of a telephone line or VoIP number, and allows you to
access it. The LED will be off if the line is available; flashing if the line is ringing an
extension; and on solid if the line is being used. Press the key to immediately connect the
extension to the line. You do not have to dial the hunt group number.
Extension Appearance — Shows the status of a local extension, and allows you to access it.
The LED will be off if the extension is on-hook; flashing if the extension is ringing or on
hold; and on solid if the extension is being used. Press the key to ring the extension.
Queue Appearance — Shows the status of a local extension call queue, and allows you to
connect with the oldest queued call. The LED will be off if the extension has no calls
queued, and flashing if the extension has one or more calls queued. Press the key to connect
with the oldest queued call.
VoiceMail — Press the key to access the voice mailbox of the local extension. The LED is
unused. If the Voicemail key is not programmed, press ** #.
DND — Press the key to toggle Do Not Disturb mode. The LED is unused. If the DND key is
not programmed, press *62#.
Intercom — Press the key, dial an extension, and then press # to page the extension in
Intercom mode. The LED is unused. If the Intercom key is not programmed, press *84, dial
an extension, and then press U Dial. The Intercom function can only page
TalkSwitch phones.
Park — Press the key to put the call on hold in the next available park orbit. The system will
respond with the park orbit number (500 to 509). The LED is unused. If the Park key is not
programmed, press k, *510#.
Un-park — While the phone is on-hook, press the key, dial the park orbit number (500 to
509), and then press # to retrieve the call. The LED is unused. If the Unpark key is not
programmed, lift the handset, press **, dial the park orbit number, and then press #.
Pickup Any — Press the key to answer a call from an outside number ringing any extension.
The LED is unused. If the Pickup Any key is not programmed, press *9#.
