Defaults > Current Page
The Defaults > Current Page command resets the current page of the configuration to
default values.

Check for Updates

The Check for Updates command looks for updates to the firmware or TalkSwitch management
software on the TalkSwitch website.

Update Firmware

The Update Firmware command shows the firmware version of the TalkSwitch units and the
latest firmware version available with the TalkSwitch management software. It allows you to
update the TalkSwitch units with a newer firmware version.
1. Choose Tools > Update Firmware. The TalkSwitch Firmware Update window appears.
2. If the Firmware detected is lower than the Firmware file:
a) Set the Auto-Reboot check box.
• Select Auto-Reboot to automatically reboot the TalkSwitch units once the firmware
has been updated. This will cancel any calls in progress.
• Clear Auto-Reboot to prevent the TalkSwitch units from rebooting automatically. You
will have to manually reboot the TalkSwitch units later, when there are no calls in
progress. See Reboot TalkSwitch on page 173.
b) Click the Update button.

Reboot TalkSwitch

The Reboot TalkSwitch command reboots the TalkSwitch units at the specified time. This is
required after updating the firmware, unless you selected the Auto-Reboot check box, and the
TalkSwitch units rebooted automatically.
