    HEADSET OPERATION (OPTIONAL) If you are using a headset, you will need to configure your telephone to operate in headset mode. Configuring the TS-200 for headset mode allows you to place calls using the headset without the need to lift the handset.

    USING THE PHONE BOOK The TS-200 has a built-in phone book capable of storing 99 names and phone numbers. Phone book entries can be programmed either by accessing the options menus or while reviewing the call log.

    RING ONCE FEATURE The TS-200 has a useful feature for minimizing ringing noise in an office environment. The phone can be set to ring only one time. Subsequent rings will be muted and the button will flash during each ring.

    • Verify that the line cord is properly connected and that dial tone is present when going off-hook. • Verify that the TalkSwitch unit is properly programmed for your extension’s call handling. • Verify that Do Not Disturb is disabled for your extension.

    Do not attempt to repair this telephone yourself. You can return your telephone to your reseller for repair or replacement in accordance with our TALKSWITCH LIMITED WARRANTY. If shipped, make sure you obtain a WRA number for authorization for repair under warranty.

    TalkSwitch shall not have any obligation to repair or replace product until the Customer returns defective product to TalkSwitch. Any replacement product may be either new or like-new, and may contain remanufactured parts, equivalent to new in performance.
