3. Enter an Account name. This is typically the name of the user, or the name of a department
whose members will share the call bridge account.
4. To prevent unauthorized use of the TalkSwitch system, enter a numeric Password. The user
will be required to enter this password before dialing the phone number.

Hunt group access

The Hunt Group Access area allows you to select the hunt groups that can be used with the call
bridge account.
1. Click Edit. The Hunt Group Access window appears.
2. Select the hunt groups that can be used with the call bridge account.
3. If 3-Way Calling/Conference is selected in the Telephone Lines page, the Hunt Group
Access window enables the Allow the use of same line connect (by dialing 80) check box.
Select the check box to enable hunt group 80.
If the user activates call bridge by dialing hunt group 80, the TalkSwitch system will use the
same telephone line to call the third party. It will have the telephone company put the user
on hold. It will then dial the third party's phone number, using the same telephone line.
Once the third party answers, the TalkSwitch system will connect the user and the
third party.

AUTO CALL BACK

Auto call back lets a travelling user gain access to the TalkSwitch system without completing the
call to the telephone line or VoIP number. This minimizes long-distance and hotel telephone
costs. You can set up four auto call back accounts per TalkSwitch unit.
The Auto Call Back page allows you to set up auto call back accounts. You can set up four auto
call back accounts per TalkSwitch unit. Each auto call back account includes the name, call back
number, telephone line or VoIP number that will trigger auto call back, announced message,
password, dialing prefix, and hunt groups.
You must ensure the auto attendant for the telephone line or VoIP number is set to answer
after four rings. In order to trigger auto call back, the user must call the telephone line or
VoIP number, and then hang up after two rings, but before the auto attendant answers.
