5) Worn diaphragm sliding surface

(1) Smoothness of rotation
Rotate bearing applying pressure in
thrust direction.
(2) Wear and damage of holder sur-
face contacting with fork
Check fork pivot portion and the
point of contact with holder for wear.

1) Remove bearing out of holder.
2) Press bearing.
