Check if
voltage between
check connector's
PTC relay terminal
(RIG) and ground
terminal for drive
(B) is below
2V.
NO
IGOFF
Disconnect ECM
connector.
Check if
resistance between
check connector's
PTC relay terminal
(RIG) and ground
terminal for drive
(B) is below
IOn.
NO
Replace ECM.

Repair.
