Message
The IP address is
incorrect in the TCP/IP
settings.
The access control IP
address is incorrect in

Causes and Recommended Actions
• The specified IP address is not entered cor-
rectly. Make sure the NIC FAX IP address you
got from your network administrator is correct. It
should be made up of four numbers from 0 to
255, separated by periods. (Page 26)
• The specified access control is not entered
correctly. Make sure access control is correct. It
should be make up of four numbers from 0 to
