and fax numbers. Note that the
maximum number of addressees
may be further limited by your
mail server.

IC FAX Monitor
Quick Dial ... Press the applicable Quick Dial key.
Speed Dial ... Press
the Ten-Key Pad to input the applicable two-digit Speed Dial.
Group Dial ... Press the applicable Quick Dial key.
Press Yes .
This confirms the mail address as shown on the display. It also
causes the Mail indicator to go out (if using manual input).
Repeat steps 3 through 5 to
input all the mail addresses
you want.
Note
Press Start .
This starts reading of the document into memory. The mail
send operation starts after the read operation is complete. The
Communicating
indicator is lit while a send operation is in
progress.
It may take some time before the transmission starts. This is
due to the time the machine requires to convert the data in
memory.
