SOLVING PROBLEMS
COPY JAMS
If "CLEAR COPY" appears on the display, there is a copy jam.
There are four possible locations:
Cassette entrance
Copy feed area
Copy exit area
Cassette Entrance
1. Pull open the cassette.
2. Gently pull out the misfed paper.
Do not leave any pieces inside.
3. Push the stack of paper until it clicks.
4. Replace the cassette.
