File Retransmission
This feature allows you to transmit a fax message again by changing the
transmission time, as long as the File Retention Time has not yet expired. Use this
feature when you wish to retransmit a fax message that is still stored in a file in
the memory.
1. Function 21.
2. Either:
Print a list of files: Start.
Scroll through the files on the display:
until the required file appears.
If you know the file number, input it
directly: 0 0 0 2.
The second line of the display shows the current status of the file.
STANDBY: The file is waiting to be transmitted.
IN USE: The file is currently being transmitted.
FAILED: The file is failed to transmit.
3. Yes.
4. Press 2.
5. Change the transmission time using the
ten key Pad and # and * to alter AM/PM.
Example: 10:00AM
Press No if you want to send the
message now, then go to step 7.
6. Yes.
7. Press Function.
Return to the standby mode.
