Backing Up Memory Data

Making a backup file of memory data provides an easy way to restore
normal operation should data be accidentally corrupted or deleted.
The following is a list of data that is backed up by the procedure
described below.
Quick Dial
Speed Dial
Group Dial (including Multi-step Transfer Groups)
Personal Codes
Forwarding Stations
In the Administrator Mode, execute the
[Service Tools]
command followed by
open the backup dialog box.
After confirming the name of the backup file, click
save the data.
