Removing the cradle

Action
Lift the balancing device away.
Action
Refit the retaining ring previously removed from
the cradle ear.
Note
The retaining rings need to be present to keep
the bearings in place during lift of the cradle.
Fit a lifting eye to each cradle ear.
Run a roundsling through each lifting eye and at-
tach to an overhead crane.
Raise the lifting equipment to secure the weight
of the cradle.
