Action
Refit the axis-4 cable bracket to the housing.
Reconnect the connectors.

Tip
See the number markings on the connectors for
help to find the corresponding connector.
Make sure the axis 4 is in 130° position; other-
wise, connect the power supply to axis-4 motor
and release the axis-4 brake to move the axis 4
to 130°. Then, disconnect the power supply.
Note
The robot is not connected to the controller during
replacement, power must be supplied to the con-
nector R1.MP according to the section
power to connector R1.MP on page
Apply grease to the cable package, cover all
moving area of the package.
Refit the axis-4 cable protector.
Tip
If required, disconnect the axis-4 connectors be-
fore the refitting. This facilitates the cable routing.
