Disconnect the connector R1.BR.
Tip
Take photos of the connector and cable position
before disconnecting them, to have as a reference
when reconnecting.
Action
DANGER
Make sure that all supplies for electrical power,
hydraulic pressure, and air pressure are turned
off.
CAUTION
The IRB 1010 robot weighs 13.5 kg and can be
lifted by one person.
WARNING
The robot is likely to be mechanically unstable if
not secured to the foundation.
Loosen the robot from the foundation by removing
the foundation attachment screws and put the
robot on its side.
Action
DANGER
Make sure that all supplies for electrical power,
hydraulic pressure, and air pressure are turned
off.
Remove the base cover.
