The synchronous serial receive buffer x (SSIO x _BUF (RXD)) contains received data. Data is shifted
into this register from the SD x pin, with the most-significant bit first.
The synchronous serial transmit buffer x (SSIO x _BUF (TXD)) contains data for transmission. Data is
shifted from this register to the SD x pin, with the most-significant bit first.
