Process alarms in terms of device functionality
Bit 0
1 in the event of data buffer overflow:
The amount of data produced by the
Vision Sensor (e.g. result data) is
larger than can be received by the
module intended., otherwise 0
Bit 1
1 in the event of pipeline overflow:
The internal buffer for data output is
full, the data was sent too slowly via
PROFINET (or not at all), otherwise 0
Bit 2
1 in the event of handshake error:
The handshake mechanism was not
used correctly, e.g. acknowledgement
without a corresponding request
being sent, otherwise 0
Bit 3
0 no thermal warning
1 thermal warning
Bit 4
0 no thermal warning
1 thermal shutdown
Shutdown of the device has occurred.
