Data Preparation
To complete the configuration, you need the following data:

Procedure
Step 1 Configure IPv6 addresses.
Configure IPv6 addresses for interfaces according to
files.
Step 2 Configure an NQA test instance on Router B to test the link between Router B and Switch A.
<RouterB> system-view
[RouterB] nqa test-instance admin1 test1
[RouterB-nqa-admin1-test1] test-type icmp
[RouterB-nqa-admin1-test1] destination-address ipv6 2001:db8:3::2
[RouterB-nqa-admin1-test1] frequency 3
[RouterB-nqa-admin1-test1] probe-count 1
[RouterB-nqa-admin1-test1] start now
[RouterB-nqa-admin1-test1] quit
Step 3 Configure IPv6 static routes.
Configure a static IPv6 route on Router B and associate the static route with the configured NQA
test instance.
[RouterB] ipv6 route-static 2001:db8:7:: 64 GigabitEthernet 1/0/0 FE80:1::1 track
nqa admin1 test1
Configure a static route on Router C.
[RouterC] ipv6 route-static 2001:db8:7:: 64 GigabitEthernet 3/0/0 FE80:2::2
Step 4 Configure a dynamic routing protocol on Router A, Router B, and Router C. OSPFv3 is used in
this example. For details, see
Step 5 Configure OSPFv3 on Router B and Router C to import a static route.
# Configure OSPFv3 on Router B to import static routes and set the route cost to 10.
[RouterB] ospfv3 1
[RouterB-ospfv3-1] import-route static cost 10
[RouterB-ospfv3-1] quit
# Configure OSPFv3 on Router C to import static routes and set the route cost to 20.
Issue 02 (2014-09-30)
Router B. Router A learns the route to the same destination from Router B and Router C
and the link Router B→Switch A with lower cost will be selected.
IPv6 address of each interface
Administrator name (admin1) and name of an ICMP NQA test instance (test1)
Test period (3s) and the number (1) of test probes of the NQA test instance
OSPFv3 backbone area (Area 0) of Router A, Router B and Router C, and their router IDs
(1.1.1.1, 2.2.2.2, and 3.3.3.3)
NOTE
The next hop address of the static IPv6 route configured on the local end should be the link-local address
of the peer end. Run the display ipv6 interface [ interface-type interface-number ] command to obtain the
address of the peer end of the link.
