Troubleshooting the Elise 3 Server (AIWS2 Hardware)

Troubleshooting Guide
Troubleshooting is normally done by accessing the application's web interface to see logs,
statistics etc. But if for some reason the application's web interface cannot be reached, it is
possible to get access to the information by placing the module in Troubleshoot mode. See
Troubleshooting in boot mode
Fault
Several functions of the
software application on
Elise 3 Server (AIWS2
Hardware) do not start.
The module has put itself in
Boot Mode.
A LED shows slow or quick
flashing red light
The module cannot be
accessed through the
management port.

Probable Cause
No valid license is present.
The module has been
running for more than two
hours in the Demonstration
mode.
No software is installed or
the installed software is
malfunctioning.
The required port driver is
not installed on the PC or for
the USB port you have
connected to (or not
correctly installed).
The PC has not been given
enough time to obtain an IP
address from the DHCP
server.
Action or Comment
Check if the functions start
in Demonstration mode, if
iyes, enter a valid license
and restart the module.

When switching between
mass storage mode and
network mode, it takes
about 30 seconds before an
IP address is obtained from
the DHCP server.
