7. Click Close.
Importing company phonebook files
It is possible to import a phonebook file for later use (see Company phonebook on page 219).
1. In the File menu, click File management. The File management window opens.
2. Click on the Phonebook tab.
3. Click Add. The Import files dialogue opens.
4. Select the phonebook files to be imported.
5. Click Open.
6. Check that the newly imported phonebook files appear in the list.
7. Click Close.
