Query Only.
Returns the number of seconds that the unit has been powered on since last reset
of the counter. The counter resets to 0 when it reaches 31536000 seconds
(seconds in 365 days).
Example: <0/SFCF?
>0/FCF=00001342 (indicating 1342 seconds)
