When the optional Packet Processor is INSTALLED, in addition to saving
operational parameters on an active page associated with Packet
Processor operation, unless otherwise noted you must also open the
'Admin | Pap Save' page (see Sect. 7.4.3.2.8) and immediately click [Save

The pages marked (2) in this diagram are functional only when the FAST
option is purchased and activated for operation. Some features, while
listed, are future offerings and not available at this time (e.g., Encryption).
See Chapter 5. FAST ACTIVATION PROCEDURE for detailed information
on managing FAST options.
The navigation tabs and/or nested pages marked (3) in this diagram are
provided for monitor and control of a Comtech EF Data BUC (Block Up
Converter) or LNB (Low-Noise Block Down Converter). They are functional
only when such products are connected to the CDM/R-570AL (L-Band)
Satellite Modem.
Similarly, the navigation tabs and/or nested pages marked (4) are provided
for monitor and control of a Comtech EF Data RF Transceiver (CSAT-5060
or KST-2000A/B). They are functional only when such products are
connected to the CDM-570A (70/140 MHz) Satellite Modem.
See Chapter 10. CDM-570A/570AL ODU (TRANSCEIVER, BUC, LNB) M&C
OPERATION for detailed information on managing these products over the
available remote product management interfaces.
The navigation tab and page marked (5) in this diagram is provided for
monitor and control of a Comtech EF Data Redundancy Switch. This page is
functional only when such products are connected to the CDM-570A/570AL
in a redundant configuration:
1:1 Redundancy is supported using either a CRS-170A L-Band 1:1
o
Redundancy Switch (when using CDM/R-570AL modems) or a CRS-180
70/140 MHz 1:1 Redundancy Switch (when using CDM-570A modems),
and a user-provided, off-the-shelf Ethernet switch.
1:N Redundancy is supported using a CRS-300/CRS-280L 1:10
o
Redundancy Switch (when using CDM/R-570AL modems) or a
CRS-300/CRS-280 1:10 Redundancy Switch (when using CDM-570A
modems).
