Note: For values >16.0 dB, the response = 16.0
Query only.
Returns the increase in Tx power level, in dB (from the nominal setting) due to the action
of AUPC.
Range is 0.0 to 9.9 dB

Note: Response is ds x.x if AUPC is disabled.

0 = Internal
1 = Tx Terrestrial
