0 = Buffer disabled (Clock mode = Rx satellite)
1 = ±1024 bits
2 = ±2048 bits
3 = ±4096 bits
4 = ±8192 bits
5 = ±16384 bits
6 = ±32768 bits
7 = ±128 bits
8 = ±256 bits
9 = ±512 bits

Forces the software to recenter the receive Plesiochronous/Doppler buffer.
This command takes no arguments.
