Chapter 6 CLI Original Function
6.1 CLI Environment > set clienv-idle-timeout

set clienv-idle-timeout

This command sets the idle timeout interval until an idle status CLI session is automatically logged off. The
idle timeout interval applies to sessions that are created after the timeout interval is set. The timeout interval
for a session with the Software role is 30 minutes (default setting) regardless of the setting of this command.
The timeout interval that is set by this command is shared in the ETERNUS Disk storage system.
Syntax
set clienv-idle-timeout [-timeout
Parameter

The following example sets the idle timeout interval to 60 minutes:
CLI> set clienv-idle-timeout -timeout 60
The following example displays the current idle timeout interval for the ETERNUS Disk storage system:
CLI> set clienv-idle-timeout
CLI Idle Timeout (minute)
minute
This parameter specifies the idle timeout interval in minutes until an idle status CLI session is
automatically logged off. Any value from 5 minutes to 60 minutes can be specified. If omitted,
the current idle timeout interval is displayed.
