for transmission.
Use the dedicated transmission parameters if
you need to change this for specific receivers.
These bits set the initial modem type for 9.6
and 7.2 kbps, if the initial modem rate is set
at these speeds.
Do not change the settings.
COMMENTS
The setting of these bits is used to inform the
transmitting terminal of the available modem
rate for the machine in receive mode. Use a
lower setting if high speeds pose problems
during reception.
